Maintenance plan

A quarterly visit, priority booking and a standing slot in the diary

£60 per visit · about £20/month
Larger lawns are quoted individually. Above 50m² the rate per square metre applies, and for the 150m²-plus lawns around Cobham and Oxshott we price from photographs and a measurement rather than a flat rate.

Which one

Standard or premium?

The standard clean is the mechanical work: debris out, pile lifted, edges checked. It is the right choice for a lawn that is simply flat and dull.

The premium clean adds the sanitising and pet odour treatments. If a dog uses the lawn, or it smells in warm weather, that is the one you want — the mechanical work alone will not touch the cause.

Shaded and north-facing lawns usually need the moss and algae treatment on top of either, and any lawn that has never been maintained will likely need an infill top-up.

The maintenance plan

A quarterly visit at £60, priority booking and a standing slot in the diary. About £20 a month.

It suits lawns that will otherwise be left until there is a problem: heavily used family gardens, dog-owning households, and anything under trees or in permanent shade.

Questions

About the price

How often should artificial grass be cleaned?

For most gardens, a professional deep clean every 12 to 18 months keeps the lawn looking and performing as it should. If you have dogs, or the lawn is shaded and under trees, every 6 to 12 months is more realistic. Light brushing between visits helps, but it won't lift compacted pile or shift algae.

Does cleaning actually make a difference to how long the lawn lasts?

Yes. Most artificial lawns fail because compacted infill and trapped debris cause the fibres to wear and split, not because the material simply expires. Keeping the pile lifted and the infill topped up is the single biggest factor in getting a full lifespan out of an installation.

How long does a visit take?

A typical domestic lawn takes between one and a half and three hours depending on size and condition. Larger lawns in Cobham and Oxshott can take most of a day.
